How old does my child need to be?
Children must be 4 years old (born in year 2018 or earlier).

Do I need a USAW card?
Yes. All athletes need a USAW card and need to send the number to Membership Chair, Troy Haider at tahaider@mac.com by November 15.

Why can’t parents be in the practice room?
It’s a liability issue. All adults in the room have to be USAW background checked and certified to be a “Wrestling Leader” to be in the room. Anyone who provides proof of this by showing their USAW card, may enter the room during practice. All other parents are welcome to stay in the atrium or lobby, or feel free to run errands for the 45-90 minutes your athlete is practicing.

What days do you train?
Beginner’s and Intermediate classes are Mondays and Thursdays. Advanced is Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. All classes are in the HSE Wrestling room.

Do you wrestle Freestyle and Greco?
Yes! The cost for Intermediate or Advanced club membership automatically gets you into Freestyle and Greco club. We train once weekly in the Spring (March- first weekend in May) in these styles.

Where are you located?
We house all of our practices at the Hamilton Southeastern HS Wrestling Room. Enter through Door 10 off of 126th street (the Athletic Entrance) and follow the signs straight back to the room.
